007game uses automatic CPF and date of birth verification during registration. Attempts to circumvent age verification constitute a serious violation and will result in permanent account closure, with no refund of balances from bets placed.
Note: 007game strictly prohibits access by anyone under 18. If we detect that an account was created by a minor, we immediately close the account, refund only the original deposit balance (with no betting winnings), and report the case to the relevant authorities when required.

Deposited funds appear in the account in real time for Pix and debit card. For boleto and TED, the balance is released after bank confirmation.
Withdrawals on 007game are processed exclusively via Pix or TED transfer, always to a bank account or Pix key linked to the CPF registered on the platform. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts are not accepted.
The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 50.00. Processing times vary according to the user's VIP level:
Processing runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are no withdrawal fees. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms, 007game may temporarily suspend withdrawal processing and request supporting documentation before releasing funds.
Verification before first withdrawal: full KYC verification (photo ID + proof of residence) is required before your first withdrawal. This protects you against withdrawals made by third parties who may access your account without authorization.
Sports betting at 007game cover football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Série B, and international leagues), MMA and UFC, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant, DOTA 2), basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, and other sports available on the platform.
A bet is considered valid and confirmed only after the confirmation message appears on screen and a ticket code is issued. 007game does not accept cancellations of confirmed bets, except in the following situations:
If an event is cancelled, all bets are refunded to the user's balance. For events suspended and resumed within 48 hours, bets remain valid. For interruptions exceeding 48 hours, bets are voided and refunded.
The Cash Out is available on eligible single and parlay bets, as indicated on the platform. The Cash Out value is calculated in real time based on current odds and may be lower than, equal to, or higher than the original stake, depending on how the event is progressing. Once confirmed, a Cash Out is final and cannot be reversed.
Parlay bets with multiple selections require all selections to be correct for the ticket to win. Cancelled selections within a parlay are treated as odds 1.00 (void) and do not void the entire ticket.
The casino games, slots, and crash games available on the 007game are provided by internationally certified third-party suppliers. All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent laboratories, ensuring unpredictable and fair results.
The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot is listed on the game page and varies by provider and title. 007game has no ability to modify the RTP of games supplied by its providers.
Casino bonuses, free spins, and slots-specific promotions are subject to the rollover conditions described in Section 8. Winnings generated with unredeemed bonus funds follow the same rollover rules as the corresponding bonus.

All bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of credit, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion. Unused bonuses expire automatically at the end of this period with no compensation.
007game reserves the right to cancel bonuses and promotions if there is suspicion of abuse, use of multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses, or any behavior indicating systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
The 007game VIP Program 007game consists of five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — based on the accumulation of experience points (XP) earned through bets placed on the platform.
The conversion rate is: R$ 1.00 wagered on sports = 1 XP; R$ 1.00 wagered on casino, slots, or crash games = 1.2 XP. Live bets carry an additional 20% multiplier.
To maintain their current tier, users must accumulate at least 30% of the tier's XP threshold in each 30-day period. If inactivity exceeds this limit, the user drops back to the previous tier. Accumulated XP in the balance is not lost — only the current tier may be revised.
007game reserves the right to revise XP thresholds, level benefits, and VIP Program terms with 15 days' prior notice to affected members via their registered email address.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the 007game and result in immediate account closure and possible reporting to the relevant authorities:
In proven cases of fraud, 007game will retain the entire account balance — including original deposits and betting winnings — and will submit evidence to the relevant authorities. There is no right of appeal for conduct that constitutes a criminal offense.
Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support at suporte@007game.best. Prior to closure, any available balance may be withdrawn via Pix, provided KYC verification is complete and there are no pending bets or ongoing investigations.
The 007game may suspend or close an account in the following situations:
In the event of closure due to inactivity, the user will be notified by email 30 days in advance so they can withdraw their balance or reactivate the account. Balances in accounts inactive for more than 36 months whose holders do not respond to notifications may be transferred to the platform's operational reserve, in accordance with applicable law.
